Vacación familiar.
Muy buena estadía! Excelente los servicios y la atención! Pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones junto con mi familia, en un gran lugar. Villa General Belgrano, a su vez, es hermoso! Posee amplia variedad gastronómica, así como grandes excursiones para hacer en familia!

Hotel correcto
Si bien la pasamos bien se nota que el hotel es nuevo tiene algunos detalles a mejorar como por ejemplo la piscina de afuera es hermosa pero el agua está congelada! Y la interna súper caliente el restaurante es excelente solo detalles de la cava! El balcón tuvimos el especial y tenía muchos huevos de arañas y arañitas fuimos con el bebé de casi dos años mucho cuidado! Y otro detalle para mejorar son los horarios del restaurante podría estar disponible todo el día!

No vale lo que cuesta
Muchìsimo dinero gastado en lobby, habitaciones y comedor.Ubicación y vistas preciosas pero por el diseño del hotel (cosa ya insoluble) sólo la mitad de los huéspedes pueden mirar el paisaje, la otra mitad de las habitaciones dan a las cocheras al lado de la ruta y a la zona de servicio. Mi esposo es arquitecto; hay cosas que un profesional nota enseguida.El exterior de edificio con terminaciones de baja calidad. Las piletas son de cemento pintado tanto la del spa como la gigante de afuera. En la exterior el agua es helada. Si fuera climatizada se podría usar todo el año. Un solo día de muchísimo calor nos pudimos meter. El piso rajado y rellenado con cemento de otro color, baldosas rotas. Nosotros nos alojamos de domingo a jueves. Las colchonetas de las reposeras y camas balinesas con las telas muy sucias. Las camas balinesas sin cortinas. El miércoles decidieron limpiarlas ya que se venía el fin de semana supongo y mientras en los parlantes de la pileta sonaba una música "zen", el empleado lavaba con hidrolavadora las colchonetas a nuestro lado. El jueves por la mañana cuando hacíamos el check out , los empleados "armaban" la zona de pileta, sombrillas, las cortinas en las camas balinesas!! Ya las colchonetas estaban limpias del día anterior. Nos quejamos porque parece que hay huéspedes de primera y de segunda. En el desayuno, que era muy bueno, una mañana faltaban las cosas calientes y había que pedirlas porque "éramos pocos huéspedes". El baño de la habitación se inundaba porque la mampara es corta y sale el agua....una pena!!! Todo tan caro y con detalles así se desmerece. Un escalón de la escalera de vidrio reemplazado por uno de madera...parecía desde hace un tiempo. Faltaban terminaciones aún casi después de 3 años de inaugurado.
También debo decir que todo el personal fue muy atento y agradable.
Cuando nos enviaron la encuesta de satisfacción nos contestaron al instante y se disculparon. La gerente ya había tomado nota de nuestros comentarios a la señorita de recepción. Fue una experiencia que no colmó nuestra expectativas.

Un entorno de piedra y madera muy cálido
Muy buen hotel en Villa General Belgrano, construcción nueva, muy moderna pero con mucha madera y piedra que le da calidez y naturaleza, espacios muy amplios con mucho confort. Gran piscina con unas vistas increíbles, buena gastronomía y excelente atención

HERMOSO, PERO CON ALGUNOS DETALLES
El Hotel es desde la decoración y ambientación hermoso. Aunque le faltan detalles de parquizado tanto exterior como interior. Las plantas son artificiales en la mayoria de los sectores. Necesita ambientar mejor los espacios exteriores en donde quedan a la vista desagües, maquinas de pileta, cables.
Por otro lado, las habitaciones no cuentan con TV smart o bien Chromecast para poder acceder a las plataformas como Netflic, Star+, etc.
El personal es en general muy atento, aunque creo es gente muy nueva y no pueden resolver dudas o inquietudes.
El resto, todo perfecto! La comida, las actividades propuestas, la opción de relax.
Por otro lado, las habitaciones no cuentan con TV smart o bien Chromecast para poder acceder a las plataformas como Netflic, Star+, etc.
El personal es en general muy atento, aunque creo es gente muy nueva y no pueden resolver dudas o inquietudes.
